0.3 Release

Version 0.3 Is finally here! And here is all the changes!

1. Added a new map, known as the lab
   1. Changed previous maps very slightly
2. Added a new Assassin, Wrecker of Magic
   1. Has a unique ranged attack
3. Added a perk system
   1. Perks are unlocked by winning with random perks
   2. There are 5 perk types
   3. You can choose perks in the menu, but this will not award new ones in that category
4. Added a new endgame system
   1. The gun has limited ammo, and pickups spawn randomly
   2. The assassin now flees when shot
   3. You have 5 minutes to kill the assassin or escape
      1. If the assassin is still alive by 1 minute left, an exit will spawn
5. Reworked several assassins to have their powers work in the endgame
6. Reworked the runners enraged ability, allowing him to fire close range rage waves
   1. Rage waves have reduced damage during the endgame
   2. Rage waves fire faster when enrage is about to run out
